What: Make a personal plan for whatever healthy activity you want to do for the next 2 weeks. It might relate to eating, exercise, mindfulness, reading, walking, nutrition etc.
Why? Now you can do this like a New Year`s Resolution’ that never happens OR you can do it right! The organisation skills required to do this well would involve making a realistic plan, setting targets, reviewing the progress, keeping a record of what you do and making note of any changes to the plan. Review your achievements after the 2 weeks and then celebrate improving your organisation skills, as well as being a healthier you! Go, go, go!
