You need to ask everyone what they want, you may need to write it down, you need to listen to what they are asking for, you may even need to check the menu, you need to let them know how much it`s going to cost, you will need to phone in the order, speak very clearly, be on the ball with any extras on offer or special deals, and you need to give the address for the delivery.
