Example: Imagine you have seen an advert in a local shop window looking for people to organise coffee mornings to support a local charity. You feel that it is something you would like to do and so you take down the info from the poster and follow up with the charity. A couple of weeks later you organise a successful coffee morning and raise a sum of money for a good cause. The actions you took from the moment you saw the advert required leadership! Well done!
