Why? It seems obvious and basic when you think about “teamwork” as a concept. There is a lot more to it than you might think. Why not do some of your own research and google it, watch some videos about “effective teamwork”. Make note of what you learn that is new and interesting. Feel your knowledge increase as you do this. Talk to friends and family about their experiences of teamwork, there is always something to learn.
