Example: Imagine you’ve been sent to a meeting on behalf of the group and you have to give them feedback from your notes. Now, you could write a book about it in WhatsApp which nobody will read; or you could take out your notes and send a voice message! You’ll be sharing the info in a clear and understandable way, plus you can put your own personality into it (you could even ask a question to see if anyone actually listens to the message). Decide what the content of your message will be and go for it! *Remember voice notes can be forwarded so think about your content before you record!
