Example: Make a list of all the teams and groups that you are involved in, both formally and informally (e.g. dancing, football, fishing, summer holiday organisers, youth group, GAA). Beside each team make note of what makes it work best. Doing this increases your own understanding of teamwork and the variety of ways good teamwork can be seen. If you aren’t involved in any team sports or hobbies, you can include different tasks you have worked on as part of a team, and what made them successful, maybe there was even an issue you had to work through. Even cleaning the house involves teamwork!
